Rural jobs start with logistics. We confirm whether a board truck can reach the house or whether sheets need to be carried down a private lane.
The nearest building supply stores are in Kingston and Napanee, so we bring what the job needs and plan for extras. Township jobs are booked as full days instead of drop-in visits.
After storms or ice dams, water-stained ceilings are common in older township homes. Our ceiling repair service handles those.
